Pastor Shirley Caesar's personal endorsements of Pastor Danny Graham |
Danny Graham has a way with young people. He is gifted to work with
all ages. I know that his love seemingly would be music & singing, but
I'd have to go a little further and say that his love is total ministry.
I've seen it exemplified in my church, I've seen it exemplified in the
community. I've known him since he was a teenager and he is as gifted
as any songwriter that I've ever heard of. I think of songwriters like
Richard Smallwood. When you think of him, you've got to think of Danny
Graham. When you think of Kirk Franklin, you've got to think of Danny
Graham, when you think of Andrae Crouch, you've go to think of Danny Graham.
Danny Graham can take singers who will say; "I'm sorry Elder Graham,
but I can't sing" and he'll say; "just give me a chance" and he would
take voices that you'd never think would be able to sing and when he finishes
with them, they would be able to sing. I believe that his motto, even
though I've never heard him say it but it would have to be; if you can
talk, you can sing.
I think that his preaching ministry is beyond equal to his singing
ministry. He's just a gifted young man. I know that everybody that comes
in contact with him loves him because he's a go-getter and, he is one
of great initiative. He has written powerful songs for me on songs like:
"I am God", "You did it All", and "Patiently Waiting" which is one of
the greatest songs of our times. I could just go on and on and on......
He has encouraged me with my new church because I moved from a 200
seater to a 1,500 seater and he has shown me ways of filling up those
seats. Whenever something new comes to his mind, he would get on the phone
and call me and say; "Pastor listen to this" and he will strategically
lay things out that I can use to be a blessing at my church and they're
working.
Danny came in the studio, taught the parts of the songs, and came up
with alot of creativity to where everyone was just able to fall in-line.
Here again, that brings us back to the fact that he's gifted. The songs
that he taught when Twinkie Clark was at the church, all I can tell you
is that when they hit the stage, you could tell that Danny Graham had
worked with them, you could tell, you could tell, because they sang songs
that my choir had never heard and that is just wonderful.
If he continues to write for me and other powerful singers, because
I think that he's even been confronted to write songs for Destiny's Child.
I think that number one, his song writing is gonna make him a millionaire,
and from a spiritual stand-point I think that he is gonna Pastor one of
the greatest churches.
